Re: Complaint of Drainage Problems at Coconut Village and Butler Village
Dear Madam,
Your letter dated July 27th 2011 on the abovementioned subject refers. Please be
informed that a site visit was conducted January 26th 2012 and it revealed that the drain does
not constitute part of the established drainage system and was created by a few residents
near their back wall.
The problem could be alleviated by backfilling the area thereby allowing the water to flow at
the front of the residents’ properties.
Mr. Maharaj from your office was subsequently advised of same.
