Xerox, Inc., and his tremendous abilities never ceased to amaze me. I was
John’s direct supervisor at Xerox, and during that time, we worked together
closely, so I fully understand his capabilities.
John’s incredible adaptability with front line customer service representatives
has let him excel in coaching and development. His uncanny ability to know
what the employee needed help with before they would tell him made the
employees feel comfortable with him. His flexibility also allows him to quickly
switch tactics if the customer changes processes at the last minute. While at
Xerox, John managed to improve performance of many employees as well as
have the top performing team multiple times. John’s great connection with the
employee and relentless perseverance to always make the customer happy
allowed him to become the number one supervisor at our company for a number
of months in a row.

employees were having and come up with plans of action for improvement he
was able to share those plans with his peers so they could compare their agents
