With this reference letter I would like to provide a brief professional assessment of Mr. Jgharkava’s performance at
the NIMD during his internship in the summer of 2014.
Mr. Jgharkava has a well trained professional attitude to work. The position of an intern at NIMD was temporary.
However, Mr. Jgharkava approached it with a highly professional attitude and with a strong sense of responsibility.
He was very helpful in organizing several major events of the NIMD, especially the ones which the NIMD organized
in the run-up to the local elections in the summer of 2014. Training sessions designed to train hundreds of candidates
for the elections in local municipalities were complex events which required considerable logistical and
administrative effort. Mr. Jgharkava contributed to the success of these events significantly.
Irakli also supported the NIMD in various other logistical and research activities. He helped the NIMD the team of
Program Officers with desk research and number of different assignments which he performed very well. Irakli, has
good knowledge of the field of politics, strong research skills and a good ability to focus on objectives. His experience
with the NIMD and his academic grounding make him a strong candidate for a range of job opportunities in the
fields of development, politics, research and advocacy.
