period, he was promoted from the House Manager to Audience Service and Volunteer Manager. Whiled
working under me Jim demonstrated many qualities that employers would seek in searching for
candidates.
Jim has an impeccable attention to detail, he has an excellent capacity to quickly grasp new theories,
complete tasks on time, manage multiple projects and people (audiences) at once, and he consistently
rises to the occasion when asked to take on additional responsibilities. Jim is also very outgoing,
professional and pleasant - great skills for communications and leadership tactics.
Specific accomplishments during Jim’s employment include oversight of the front of house &
Concessions staff; working in collaboration with the box office in monitoring the inventory and
managing day of show infrastructure of the theatre's seating capacity; establishing a new volunteer
management structure and on-boarding process; training fellow front of house staff on the proprietary
ticketing system, Tessitura; and acting as a senior leader in various capacities including hiring new
