RE: Evelyn Johnson
To whom it may concern:
I have been requested to write this letter of reference for Evelyn Johnson. I had the pleasure of
working with Evelyn Johnson for approximately 1.5 years. During this time she worked as my
medical assistant.
She displayed many strong attributes. She was a hard worker and responded positively to any
feedback I provided. She worked well with my nurse and helped to create a well functioning
team. She was always smiling and was well liked by my patients. Many of them still ask about
her and respond with positive compliments.
In summary, Evelyn was a pleasure to work with and I hope she finds nothing short of success
and happiness in her future endeavors.
If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Deepak S. Patel, M.D., FAAFP
