I would like to recommend Mr. Ian Pou as an excellent candidate for
employment within your company. I am an administrative assistant in the
Central Records Division of the Fairfax County Police Department and have
worked with Mr. Pou for a year, and trained him in the position of
administrative assistant.
As a trainee, I found Mr. Pou to be intelligent, and confident in his abilities.
He thrives on challenge and loves to problem-solve. He caught on very
quickly to the use of databases and filing systems at the police department.
He not only learned to use and maintain a variety of imaging equipment, but
was able to troubleshoot problems as they arose. He also excelled in
figuring out more efficient ways of handling the large amounts of data we
processed each day.
As a fellow employee, I can say that Mr. Pou is a team worker with a solid
work ethic and very good interpersonal and communication skills. He is
always respectful and genuinely interested in others. He works well in a
multi-cultural environment. Mr. Pou's positive attitude towards his duties
and his coworkers made him well liked and an asset to our department.
