I highly recommend Lewis Der Sarkissian as a candidate for employment. Lewis began at Hyder
Consulting in September 2013 as a part time undergraduate engineer, whilst studying at university. He
then worked full time from November 2013 through to March 2014, before continuing with his studies.
Initially, Lewis worked with the Highways and Civil team, focusing on project management. He was
responsible for assisting with the development of project fees and schedules using excel in conjunction
with technical work, involving design and quantity checks with Computer Assisted Design (CAD)
software. Shortly after commencing full time work Lewis moved to the Transport Planning team. During
his time with the Transport Planning team, Lewis gained experience and participated in basic traffic
simulation, modelling, forecasting and regression analysis associated with tolled and untolled roads.
In addition to having excellent communication skills, Lewis is extremely focused, reliable and well
presented. He has the intelligence, willingness and aptitude to perform well in any project that is
assigned to him. Lewis works equally well independently or as part of a team and will always ensure
that the job gets done.
