administration chief of the Marine Corps Institute and Marine
Corps Institute Company, Corporal Avitabile has distinguished
himself as a superior Marine for his rank and experience.
2. Corporal Avitabile's maturity, knowledge, and drive to
accomplish the mission are a matter of record. He is a superb
Corporal who takes rapid, effective action with minimal guidance.
He works well guided by Commander's Intent and is particularly
adept at problem solving and seeing issues through to completion.
