TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Reference for Nicholas David Knitter
Nick has been working under my direction for the past two years as a student intern
whilst completing his studies at Michigan State University.
His principal role was to manage the complex interface for an online series of
programs targeted at Water Industry Supervisors and Managers. Nick managed all
customer inquiries and completed sales. He arranged for the delivery of all course
materials, handled customer expectations and queries and awarded certification
when customers completed a recognized course. He also managed the complex
database to register customers on courses, and archived completed course records on
the main University Database.
Working in a busy Executive Development environment, Nick was often called
upon to work on the development of training materials, and was highly skilled at
educational material development and solved difficult problems in relation to
processing overseas student visas.
Nick has proved to be a diligent worker within our team of student interns. He
worked hard and well beyond the ‘call of duty’ in this group and was a bright and
focused contributor in the office.
I also observe that Nick is an extremely well balanced individual, a good team
player, and popular amongst his fellow students.
I would like to commend him to you
Best wishes
