Zara Rashid and her media group are requesting to use the conference room from March 15th to 18th to film the opening two minutes of their film coursework. They are requesting the room from 8:40-10:40 on Monday the 15th, 11:20-12:20 on Tuesday the 16th, 12:20-13:20 on Wednesday the 17th, and 14:25-15:25 on Thursday the 18th. Zara asks the receptionist to let her know if the conference room is available during those times.
