discuss the cruise ship industry and the status of small businesses as it relate to
the island of St. Croix.

    •    How ports can adapt to meet the needs of the cruise ship vessels and
         their passengers
    •    How the cruise ship industry can facilitate changes to port, infrastructure
         and the supply of goods and services
•   What are the avenues for assistance, continued operations and future
        growth for small businesses
    •   Overall planning to provide port and small business infrastructure that
        meets the needs of the Cruise ship industry including, port facilities and
        personnel, safety and security, retail and banking facilities, taxi and tour
        facilities, education and enhanced customer service.
