3. LEAD-IN is an independent, Belgian not-for-profit
organisation for leaders, by leaders.
United by one criterion - enthusiastically supporting
our purpose, vision and values - these leaders
come in all shapes and sizes. Upcoming leaders
or really experienced ones, Belgian or expats.
From private enterprises or public organisations,
in Belgium or abroad. Small, medium-sized or
large organisations with a social, cultural,
religious, political or non-profit background.
With this diversity as an invaluable asset, LEAD-IN
is at the helm when it comes to true inspirational
leadership.

5. VISION

and respected as ‘the’ Belgian leadership initiative,
top-of-mind with all kinds of organisations and
their leaders.
We want to share our insights and expertise -
coming from our global, pluralistic and noble
approach - as opinion makers with the media, at
conferences and business summits, and with all
who is interested in innovative, sound opinions
and pragmatic ideas about leadership.
