To overcome bottlenecks in growing leadership in LC by increasing the quantity and quality of team leaders, a timeline is proposed that includes:
1) Increasing the number of projects, structures, and short term positions to recruit more team leaders.
2) Improving team leader quality through education, reintegration into many team leader positions, and a preparation process with trainings, coaching, and practice.
3) Creating a detailed timeline that schedules team leader elections, transitions, recruitments, inductions, and education periods throughout the year.
