 Spare Capacity: Presently working only in one shift & two shift capacity
available for new business.
 Own transport: Having our own vehicles to deliver material, can meet JIT
requirement of customers . No dependency on outside transport.
 Vendor Base: Supported by vendors, serving our parent company in NCR whose
main customers are leading MNCs in India
 Door Delivery: Presently having discussion to have our own warehouse at
Rudrapur to meet immediate delivery requirements.
 Location: Kashipur is 215 Kms away from Delhi and around 190 Kms from
Dehradun.

8.  The unit enjoys a complete excise exemption till the year 2020
 There is also a 25% Income Tax rebate till 2020.
 The Central Sales Tax (CST) is 1% which is lower than other states.
 The VAT rate which the unit enjoys is 2%.
 Power bill rates that varies between Rs. 2.75 to Rs. 5.40 per unit.

o This manufacturing plant opened by the company houses all facilities for
the manufacturing of sheet metal and molding which includes Press Shop,
Paint Shop, Welding Unit, Tool Room and Plastic Injection Molding Plant.
o The unit is spread around 3800 Sq. Yards.
o The Built-up or constructed area is approx 27000 Sq. Ft.
o The open area is approx 8000 Sq. Ft.
o It includes meeting rooms, offices, shop floor etc.
o The unit also has a separate in-house laboratory with modern
technologies.

• Pilot lot being made and awaiting LOI post that Potential business of min 1-1.5 Cr

 UML - the new customer added and it’s Line to start production from March
2016 onwards.
• Current contract is for business of 10-12 Cr for the year 2016.
• However, more products are being added and we are hopeful to take it to 20 Cr as
big sheet metal parts have still not been developed and we are the preferred choice
