Laurent Hacquard has over 25 years of experience in production management and commissioning of vinyl chloride (VCM) and ethylene dichloride (EDC) plants. He is currently the VCM/EDC Operations Manager at INOVYN France, where he is responsible for production planning and performance improvement. Previously he has held roles as VCM Precommissioning and Commissioning Manager at RUSVINYL in Russia and has experience commissioning VCM units in China and Belgium. He holds a University diploma in chemical process technology from Nancy, France.
