For the past 18+ years, I have managed and inspected numerous construction projects

coordination between engineers, owners, and the contractors performing the construction.
I have been involved in all aspects of project construction including daily verification of
contractor’s progress of work and their adherence to plans and specifications for the job,
scheduling of testing, approving contractor’s pay requests for work performed, and
monitoring contractor’s adherence to federal and local regulations that apply to the
