BioSQL Reloaded is the v1.0 release of BioSQL which provides an interoperable persistence layer for biological data across various programming languages. It features a generic and extensible relational data model that can store sequences, features, annotations, taxonomy, ontologies and phylogenetic trees. The presentation also discusses adding a PhyloDB module and future planned features.
