A flexible management
service and an outstanding
return on your investment.
Life’s a dream
Taking pride of place
in the Lakes
High-quality holiday homes in the Lake District have been our
specialism since 1977, and we’re keeping it that way.
We’re passionate about the area, we know the market and the
Lake District offers a unique opportunity for holiday-home owners.
You’ll value our local and professional experience from day one,
even if your first step is the decision to look for a property to buy.
We’ll explain the holiday letting market, and why certain
properties are consistently successful. We can even arrange
the financial advice that you need to make the right purchase
happen. If you own a property already, we’ll assess its potential
and explain how you can maximise rental return with simple
changes to facilities and furnishings. Over 34 years, we’ve
fine-tuned our service to property owners, and worked hard to
ensure that holidaymaking tenants return year after year.
We’re proud of the results; an unrivalled reputation and a
portfolio of profitable holiday homes.

Dealing with experienced professionals, every step of the way.

When you’re ready to let your property, you’ll get to know the key
members of our lettings team. They’ll tailor our management
service to meet your individual needs, keep you informed and
answer any questions along the way. Our local sales team will
get to know your property too. After all, it’s their knowledge that
turns enquiries into successful lettings. We’ll assign a dedicated
caretaker to manage housekeeping, keep a close eye on
maintenance and supervise every tenancy. Our service is flexible;
you can stay involved or wash your hands of every last detail
knowing that your property is in safe hands.

• We meet and greet every guest, for your reassurance.
• We retain a damages and breakages deposit
