Lab Assignment 1- Basic Linux Commands The purpose of this assignment is for the student to learn some basic linux commands necessary for survival. Specifically, viewing a file's contents, basic directory commands, and simple man pages. Step One: Lunch the bash terminal of ubuntu container in interactive mode using play with docker cloud service Step Two: Create a document (using google docs for example), and insert a screenshot for the bash screen after performing each of the following tasks: 1 - print the date using date command 2 - create a new directory named LabAssignment1 3 - list all files and directories, without hidden files of LabAssignment1 (directory should be blank) 4- inside LabAssignment1, create a subdirectory named as your student id (ex 22445566) 5 - List the contents of /var recursive and redirect the output to a file named contents.txt inside the LabAssignment1 directory 6 - display the first 3 lines of the contents.txt file 7 -Using the echo command and redirection, create a simple file named info.txt inside the LabAssignment1 directory.
