Lachanda Martin conducted evaluations of different foods including a Gala apple, cheddar cheese, chocolate pudding, honey, and saltine crackers. The Gala apple was small, red, and dull with a crunchy and juicy texture and sweet flavor and aroma. The cheddar cheese was orange and yellow, soft in texture, salty in flavor with a sour aroma. The chocolate pudding had a creamy appearance, silky texture, chocolate flavor and sweet cocoa aroma with a soupy consistency. Honey had an extra sweet flavor and was liquid and heavy in texture. The saltine cracker was thin and square with a dry, crisp texture, salty flavor and no aroma and was light in consistency.
