The country was completely gray until a little bird convinced the rainbow to share its colors. It dropped red, then yellow, then blue to the earth. The people were thrilled with the new colors and used them to create more colors like green, orange, and brown. Eventually, the rainbow took the colors back, turning the country gray again, but realized it was wrong and returned the colors, changing the country forever.

The students of the 2° C.D. "Giovanni XXIII" presented a retelling of the fable "The Tortoise and the Hare". In the fable, the hare brags about his speed and challenges the tortoise to a race. During the race, the hare gets overconfident and stops to take a nap while the tortoise steadily makes progress. When the hare wakes up, he sees the tortoise is near the finish line and cannot pass it to win the race. The moral of the fable is not to underestimate one's opponent.

6. La lepre partì
velocissima, in
un attimo non la
si vedeva più e
con un ghigno
di disprezzo si
sdraiò per fare
una dormitina
8. Intanto la tartaruga
procedeva lenta
lenta e arrivò al
traguardo.
La lepre si svegliò e
quando vide la
tartaruga sotto il
traguardo, fece un
veloce salto, ma la
tartaruga era
arrivata e vinse la
gara
