This document provides information on several music and movement classes for children of different ages offered by Kindermusik. The classes include "Creatures at the Ocean for Families" for ages 0-6, "Peek-a-Boo I Love You!" for babies ages 0-1.5, "Sign & Sing for Hearing Children" for ages 6-24 months, "Creatures at the Ocean for Toddlers" for ages 1.5-3.5, "Confetti Days!" for ages 3.5-preK, and "Join the Parade Pre-Piano Class" for ages 4-6. Enjoy family fun at the ocean. Your children will enjoy ocean-themed music and movement with hoops, scarves, instruments, and
tumble-around play. Story time, family jams, moving and singing encourage discovery and exploration as your children strengthen
their ties with each other and you.
PEEK-A-BOO I LOVE YOU! for BABIES: ages 0 to 1.5 years

Babies around the world love playing “peek-a-boo”! Songs and baby games from many countries, and the special love between
parent and child will be our inspiration as we create our own multi-cultural celebration of your baby’s growth and family bonding.
SIGN & SING for HEARING CHILDREN: ages 6 to 24 months
July 12th-August 9th --- Five 45-minute classes. Thursday 9:30-10:15 am (Melanie)

It’s a uniquely different approach to communicating with your child. Through songs, toys and loving playtime between you and
your child, we’ll show you more than 50 signs your child can use to communicate with you using research-proven methods shown to
speed language development in hearing children.

Ahoy there mates! Join us as we sing sailor songs, make sand castles, fly like seagulls, and count seashells on the shore. This is a
theme full of songs, instrument play, finger plays, nursery rhymes, musical stories and dances that will inspire you and your child to
discover the wonders of the ocean and the beach.
CONFETTI DAYS! for BIG KIDS : ages 3.5 to pre-K

Throw a new party every day! Ride a pretend carousel, play a balancing game and walk the web of ropes. Do a musical move and
freeze! Lots of movement, instrument play, singing and story make this the perfect choice for your preschooler.
JOIN THE PARADE Pre-Piano Class: ages 4-6 years

Give your child a head start in our pre-piano class. In order to enhance your child’s readiness for learning an instrument and continuing
with Kindermusik this fall, we will be moving to parade and march music, becoming familiar with instruments from marching bands, and
also discover how piano (quiet) and (forte) apply to playing the piano.
