For me, I chose to come back to the basic, a good company, with a visionary strategy
with a modern management style.
I jumped in....head first!
To be honest, I was quite surprise to be selected to enter in a hiring process to become
a manager at Oracle.
I spoke with few people and read many articles about coming back from an employer
to an employee status. They all said to me. It is not going to work. Believe me, creating
and running a company with many employees and six figures revenue is very slightly
different from working within a nine figures revenue one!!
However it happened, all these stigmas and preconceived ideas quickly left soon after
the first interview. And finally I get the job!

model to cloud in less than a year. You almost feel the wind of change here, dude.
Diversity, I deal with many different nationality on daily basic, it is a very reach and
multicultural environment. Exchange with all this people from different European
nations it’s an incredible experience.
Apprenticeship, the 4 weeks foundation are very high level training, nothing about
Oracle product, all it is about you, you as an individual, you with your colleagues, you
with your customers.
Growing, social player, Oracle recruits and trains all his employees on a potential to

Living in the entrepreneur world for a large company is bringing me the opportunity to
start something different, something bigger supported by a great team of peers and
