- Thanks for joining me today, I would like to introduce you to the new Executive View now available in KEPSA’s Advocacy Scorecard
- Here we see a list of Advocacy issues, grouped by type – be it policy issue, strategy or bill, that apply to the East African Community – ‘EAC’ is selected in the program and sector list on the left hand side, if I want to see more information about a specific issue, I click on it…
- The information popup displays more details - the meaning of the issue and who owns it, if I click the ‘x’ the popup closes, if I want to see more issue related information, I click on the ‘See More’ link or on the issue name…
- A report is displayed containing… Issue information
- A trend indicator – showing Improving, Steady or Worsening, dependant on the data
- 12 months historical data
- A legend for the traffic light colors explaining each of them
- The journal entries for this Issue, including who and when they were made
- Actions including a color coded due date, priority, person assigned to and creator
- To close the report, either click on the ‘x’ or click on ‘Performance’ in the button bar
