Death Anniversary Quotes for Brother
There is not a day when I do not think of you and the love you have shown towards me. You are forever alive in my heart.
Having to part ways with you was heartbreaking. But there is comfort in the fact that someday we shall meet again.
Life is fleeting, indeed. To think that it was yesterday that we first met. See you on the other side.
Losing you is my biggest regret and I miss you every day.
You have touched countless lives in your lifetime, and even after your death, you live through your good deeds. We miss you always!
You are alive through my prayers and wishes, so rest peacefully.
You left this world many years ago, but your memories are still fresh in our minds. May you rest peacefully in heaven.
Even though you are no longer here, you often cross my mind. I hope you are in a better place.
___ years ago, ____ ( name), you left us. But even to this day, you live on in our memories. Some day we shall meet again.
It’s hard to accept the fact that you aren’t here anymore. Not a day goes by that you don’t cross my mind.
The loss of a loved one leaves us with an aching hole that never quite fills up.

Hi Gramp, we didn't get to spend a lot of time
together over the last few years, but I definately
have some memories that I will carry with me
forever. I know you live on through gram and your
children who loved you very much. We all miss you
very much and will see you again someday in
heaven.

Though I didn't have the chance to spend a lot of time with my grandfather, it was
always clear to me that he was a loving and hard working man who, at times, reminded
me very much of my own father. Before he passed I was given an opportunity to see him
for the last time. From seeing the amount of effort, patience, and love his family
surrounded him with while he was ill, there was no doubt in my mind that he had been
somebody that had gained the respect and stolen the hearts of every member of his
family. It was just days before his passing and he was observing my sister's one and
two year old in his livingroom. I remember him trying to ask grammy if she could cut up
some strawberries for the kids, but they didn't have any in the house. (This was after he
had asked if my sisters and I had been served coffee yet.) It amazed me because, even
as sick as he was, he was always thinking of somebody else and making sure they were
comfortable. Even though I hadn't spent a lot of time with him since I was fairly young, I
was able to see and remember the kind of person he was. I just wanted to thank the
family for giving me the opportunity to see him one last time and to, in a way, say
goodbye. He is loved and his memory, and more importantly, his personality, will live
on.

To my Aunt Merlene and cousins,
I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Bucky's passing. I have fond memories of years gone
by when he and Aunt Merlene were "fixtures" at my mother's house. My daughter,
Donna, was just a toddler and loved him so. When he would show up, she would get
very excited and yell "Buck-O, Buck-O!"
It is good that he no longer will suffer in pain. I know that you know he is in a better
space now and waiting for his family to join him again.

Hi Dad: I miss you so much, but I am so happy that you are finally free.
You never complained, no matter how sick you were. I will always hold
on to my memories of you forever - when I was a little girl and brought
lunch to you at your work and you picked me up and sat me on the wood
pile (I knew you were proud of me). I'll remember when you told us kids
ghost stories outside at night, when you played the piano and we would
sing, when you walked me down the aisle at my wedding and nearly
tripped on my gown, but most of all I will remember that you loved your
children and we loved you. I didn't want to say good bye, because I knew
how much it would hurt, but I know that you are starting a new life and
that you are still the kind, strong, soft hearted, gentle, caring person that
you were here on earth. I will cherish the last few days I had with you. I
am so proud that you are my father. I will love you forever.

Kenneth Madore (Bucky) will surely be missed by many, many people. He never gave
up even when it came to the end. He fought for his country and his family... His
Family was there for him as he was there for them. And never forget he will always be

16. A Letter From Heaven
To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say... But first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay. I'm
writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above. Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just
eternal love. Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight. Remember that I'm with you every
morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,God picked me up
and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you
were gone. As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on. I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man." God gave me a list of things, that he wished
for me to do. And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you. And when you lie in bed at night, the
day's chores put to flight. God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night. When you think of my life
on earth, and all those loving years because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears. But do
not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain. Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some
rain. I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is over. I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb; but together we can do it by taking one
day at a time. It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too... that as you give unto the world, the
world will give to you. If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain, then you can say to God at
night......"My day was not in vain." And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile, knowing as I
passed along the way, I made somebody smile. So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low, just
lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go. When you're walking down the street, and you've got me
on your mind; I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind And when it's time for you to go.... from
that body to be free. Remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
