chances of daily movement, by walking to the
bus/ mrt. It's also much cheaper!
Commute instead of driving
Every movement counts! Skip the escalators and
lifts
Take the stairs whenever you can
If you're a WFH office worker, aim for 3 mins of
walking / stretching with every 60 mins of sitting.
Get up from your chair and stretch
Don't underestimate the amount of calories burnt
doing housework. Burn up to 200 calories every
hour of mopping!
Household chores
