Nur-Sultan - description
Nur-Sultan, previously named Astana from 1998 to
2019 and before that known as Akmola (founded in
1830), is the capital city of Kazakhstan. In March
2019, it was renamed to Nur-Sultan after the
departing Kazakh president, Nursultan
Nazarbayev.Nur-Sultan has a humid continental
climate. The average annual temperature in Nur-
Sultan is +3.5 °C (38.3 °F). January is the coldest
month with an average temperature of −14.2 °C (6.4
°F). July is the hottest month with an average
temperature of +20.7 °C (69.3 °F)

Entry to Kazakhstan is permitted only with valid visas.
Visas can only be obtained on arrival if this has been
arranged in advance. All visitors to Kazakhstan should
register with OVIR (the Office of Visas and
Registration) within three working days of arrival.

International Airport
Astana International Airport was founded in 1931 as
small-size airport for handling small aircrafts.
Nowadays, 80 years after, it’s one of the most
modern airports on the Eurasian continent. There are
about 80 flights every day to neighboring countries
and beyond.

Baiterek Tower
Observation Platform
Bayterek is a monument and observation tower in
Nur-Sultan, the capital city of Kazakhstan. A tourist
attraction popular with foreign visitors and native
Kazakhs, it is emblematic of the city, which became
capital of the country in 1997. The tower is located
within on the Nurzhol Boulevard, and is considered a
symbol of post-independence Kazakhstan.
10. DAY 1 - 1st SEPTEMBER 2021, WEDNESDAY

an Ethnic Restaurant
Kazakh traditional national cuisine is based on meat
meals: beshbarmak - small chopped meat with
homemade noodles and onion souse, cooked for
great guests and family celebrations; kuurdak -
hotplate includes different types of fried meats(liver,
kidney, lungs, heart, intestines, etc.) with onion and
garlic or without, served before main course; manty -
Asian dumplings made by steam cooking; kizy -
horsemeat sausage and beverages from horse milk or
camel milk and many many other.
All of that you can try in the best local traditional and
modern restaurants in Kazakhstan.
11. DAY 1 - 1st SEPTEMBER 2021, WEDNESDAY
National Dance
Incendiary and sensual folk dances of Kazakhstan will
not leave anyone indifferent. The best way to make
the evening special is to enjoy folk dances performed
by the best bands.

The Cradle Hall is the top of the pyramids. The
monument “Astana - Baiterek”, the monument
“Kazakh Eli”, the most beautiful bridges of Astana,
connecting the right and left banks of the city.
13. DAY 2 - 2nd SEPTEMBER 2021, THURSDAY
14:00 Lunch at Yurta in
Village
We will invite to the Kazakh traditional yurt for lunch.
Karakh
traditional meal for lunch on dastarkan ( tablecloth),
is the name used across South Asia and Central Asia
to refer to the traditional space where food is eaten.
During the lunch time there will be short show about
Kazakh traditions of wedding.
14. DAY 2 - 2nd SEPTEMBER 2021, THURSDAY
Afternoon at Ethno
Village Sofievka
Get a glimpse into the nomadic life of traditional
Kazakhs. Visit a yurt to sample local delicacies
alongside Kazakh music, witness an eagle hunting
demonstrations, learn how to make Kazakh cheese
and gain an insight into a variety of Kazakh traditions.

During the City tour, the clients will see historical and
modern the most beautiful monuments of the capital
of Kazachstan including the Palace of Peace and
Reconciliation, the National Museum visiting, one of
the biggest Mosques in Central Asia – Hazret Sultan,
visiting the Nur - Alem Expo and Museum of Future.

The architectural symbol of Astana EXPO-2017
Exhibition is the central element of the Exhibition
Complex: Nur Alem. It is the world's largest spherical
building with the diameter of 80 and height of 100
meters. At the first floor of the building the Pavilion
of Kazakhstan is placed where visitors are able to
acquaint themselves with the history, culture,
traditions, places of interest and also recent
achievements of Kazakhstan. In the Sphere itself, the
Museum of Future is situated (Please note the site
does not work on Mondays).
21. DAY 3 - 3rd SEPTEMBER 2021, FRIDAY
2/ Ferris wheel
The largest Ferris wheel in Kazakhstan immediately
became a new attraction of Astana. Man was always
interested in looking at the earth from a bird's eye
view. Many people dream of looking at the capital
from above, because Astana is a modern, beautiful
and new city that amazes with its idea and scope.
Top view gives new impressions, inspires and falls in
love.
22. DAY 3 - 3rd SEPTEMBER 2021, FRIDAY
3/ National Museum of
Kazachstan
The museum is located on the main square of the
country - the Independence Square, which
harmoniously blends into the single architectural
ensemble with the "Қазақ Елі" monument, the
Independence Palace, the Palace of Peace and
Harmony, the "Hazret Sultan" cathedral mosque and
the National University of Arts.The National Museum
of Kazakhstan is composed of the following halls: Hall
of Astana, Hall of Independent Kazakhstan, Hall of
Gold, Hall of Ancient and Medieval History, the Hall
of History, Ethnography Hall, Halls of Modern Art.

national heritage is represented by the Research
Institute
23. DAY 3 - 3rd SEPTEMBER 2021, FRIDAY

restaurant
Authentic Thai dishes - everyone's favorite tom yum,
piquant pad tai, aromatic massaman and exotic khai
palo. In addition, the chefs get acquainted with the
Kazakh national cuisine and create fusion dishes. It is
unlikely that you have ever eaten priu vaan -
horsemeat in sweet and sour sauce.

Ask any passerby about Astana’s must-sees and 99%
percent will answer: “Baiterek”. We ofer to spent
free time for main paint of the city :
the Triumphal Arch,visit the largest Ferris wheel in
Nur-Sultan, the right bank, from where the formation
of Astana began, to hold a cultural evening in the
Astana Opera Theater
