This document outlines the payment schedules for residential units in different buildings (Block A-D) and villas. It includes details on the percentage and components to be paid at different stages of construction like basement slab completion, floor slab completion, brick work start, and finishing start. The last payment is made upon intimation of possession and includes interest free maintenance security, stamp duty, registration charges and other statutory charges. Buyers of certain units will get free membership to the sky club. The basic sales price, external development charges, infrastructure development charges and other charges like car parking vary for each building and payment plans include installment and down payments options.
