For the past 24 years I have been the RSO and Director of Nuclear Medicine at
Saddleback Memorial Medical Center-San Clemente Campus, I am a upbeat,
optimistic person who truly cares about my my patients. I am an experienced
Multimodality Radiology Technologist; a true expert who is completely involved
with nuclear medicine practices, principles, diagnosis of patients and equipment
operations. I work closely in collaboration with the Radiologists and Ordering
Physicians in caring for their patients.
I provide comprehensive diagnostic services for all patients; aiming at promoting
optimal quality and care. I share a sense of duty and enthusiasm towards the goal to
keeping a professional atmosphere. I have a strong dedication to research and
training and I comply strictly to quality, safety and federal and state regulations. I
have a methodical, logical and thorough approach to work, and will go out of my
way to maintain an enjoyable and clean working environment. I live a lifestyle that
can support flexible scheduling and working on-call. I would love to be hired into a

4. RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
• Monitors inventory of supplies and radioactive materials to ensure availability at
all times.
• Perform and monitor the full range of specialized tests and studies according to
established methods.
• Performs all required quality control and quality assurance.
• Calculate pre-decay and post-decay factors on all radio-pharmaceuticals as
applicable.
• Thoroughly explains imaging procedures to the patients and answers any
questions they might have.
• Follow safety procedures to protect myself and the patient from unnecessary
radiation exposure.

• Examine all equipment to ensure that they are working properly.
• Prepare radioactive drugs and administer them to the patient.
Take high quality radiographic images while performing a diagnostic imaging
examination.
• Monitor the patient to check for unusual reactions to the drugs
