The internship involves organizing games and activities to promote peace among adolescents in the community. The intern will receive training in game basics and issues of coexistence, participation, and gender. They will help select public spaces and schedules for activities, track participation, and share information about the program's impact. The goal is for minors to learn through games held off the court. The intern will gain experience in teaching, intercultural learning, and teamwork.

1. Juego Por La Paz
Description
Convene adolescents and youth in the community to participate in Program and motivate them to
be part of the mixed teams in different game categories.
Receive training from the Technical professor of EFA in both basic knowledge of game, and in
issues of coexistence, participation and genus.
Make and check with relevant agencies and entities public spaces use.
Select with the alliance and / or institution that implements the strategy order and time use of each
of the basic principles of coexistence for the games performed.
Lead and implement systematic tracking, monitoring and evaluation, as well as collecting and
share information produced by implementing the strategy in the local.
Provide information on the implementation of the methodology of the game and appropriation of
thereof by minors.
Implement the methodological guide of the game off the court.

Learning points
The intern will obtain experience in teaching and intercultural learning. Also he/she will have the
opportunity to improve or to learn Spanish and will obtain the capability of team-working and
educational investigation.

Expected results
It is expected from the intern to have good human relationships, to create and to keep a good
environment where it is possible for the students to be confident learning and to be encouraged to
work with different kind of people (children, adults) and their different ways to learn.

2. According to Colombian law, you must be registered under local health services. AIESEC will
provide you with all the information and support on this topic since we have national agreement
with insurance company: Sanitas (or other entitie) + ARL Sura. The cost is a monthly payment of
$100.000 COP ($50 USD) and must be paid by the trainee.
Visa & work permit info
1. If you are in match process, you will have to send some documents, and you will be given a
deadline for it. In order to start the VISA process your passport must be VALID.
2. Regarding the Colombian law, you must get the Foreign ID Card in order to be registered in
Colombia during your internship.The cost is a unique payment of $156.300 COP ($75 USD) and
must be paid by the trainee.
3. In the event of having to renew your VISA, you will pay the cost of it.
