Participated in several meetings and attended a service learning conference at
Gettysburg College, October 1, 2005.
Grant from the Borough of Wormleysburg and Benatec Associates to complete
a benefit-cost and economic impact analysis of the Stella Street Underpass and
Lemoyne Connection rail projects, 2005. Report completed in August of 2005 and
presented at a public forum in Wormleysburg.
Grant from the Cumberland County BRAC Committee to conduct an economic
impact study of the U.S. Army War College, 2004. Report was part of materials
submitted to the Base Realignment and Closure Commission in favor of retention
of the Carlisle Barracks.
Grants from the Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authority and
the Hope Station Initiative to complete the Hope Station Report in 2003. The
report became the external review for the renewal of the Hope Station CDC
charter.
Grant from the People’s Bridge Coalition to complete the economic impact study

Report was part of materials submitted to the Base Realignment and Closure Commission in favor of retention of the Carlisle Barracks. The report became the external review for the renewal of the Hope Station CDC charter.
