Jim Perry has worked for 3 years at Cincinnati Pool Management, starting as a lifeguard and working his way up to pool manager and supervisor. This letter is b reference for Jim Perry who has worked for me for 3 years as pool lifeguard, assistant
pool manager, pool manager, and supervisor and team leader.
Jim has demonstrated maturity, reliability, leadership skills, enthusiasm, diligence, integrity,
commitment in performing his duties.
In Jims first year as a lifeguard he was quickly recognized as a leader and quickly transitioned to head
lifeguard and then assistant manager at the end of the season at Terrace Park Swim Club one of the
biggest swim clubs in Cincinnati. He was well respected by staff and club members building excellent
relationships with all.
In Jims 2nd
year as pool manager he gained learnt more skills with staff including scheduling, safety
audits, concessions management, mechanical systems and chemical delivery. He again furthered his
relationships with staff and members which made him well respected.
This year Jim started the season assisting in pool openings, running opening crews supervising a variety
labor staff in this process and learning many different mechanical systems.
Jim also was the manager at Terrace Pak Swim Club and over saw 35 staff on a daily basis, motivating
them and monitoring their work performance. Jim is an excellent leader and employee and I
recommend him for any profession he seeks as he will be successful.
