Opportunities are found in problems.
We found people struggling with the problem of delivering and picking up things while they
were unable to do it themselves, and yet more difficulties came their way of wastage of time,
energy, fuel as they ran roads and gullies to get the work done. And here, we found our
opportunity!

were unable to do it themselves, and yet more difficulties came their way of wastage of time,
energy, fuel as they ran roads and gullies to get the work done. And here, we found our
opportunity!
➢Were we actually solving a problem?
➢What is the main reason behind the people
facing this problem?
➢Are people willing to pay for such a service?
➢How often is the need felt for such a service?
ANALYSIS
✓There was a huge demand for this service as 64% people felt this need.
✓Moreover, 54% of the people were ready to pay for such a service. While,
30% were unsure due to security and safety reasons.
✓For most people, this need was felt 2-3 times (28%) or once in a month
(28%). While, 18% of the people felt the need more than 2-3 times in a
month.
✓People were apprehensive due to the security and safety aspect of such a
service. Moreover, they suggested the creation of an app for the same.
✓For 55%of the people, this was a new concept.

● In Y1Q1 100 rides will be given to at 50%
off as to encourage people to use our
service .
● Jhutpat Scouts will be paid fixed salaries
only till Y2Q4 and then the business will
move to a per km salary system .
● Scouts to pay their own verification charges
directly to the verification company .
● Jhutpat rates will initially depend on weight
of the package and the distance of the trip,
with the basic rate being 35 for first 2 km
and then 10/ km and later will depend upon
the volume of the package as well.
● Jhutpat will start to receive additional
revenue form sponserships on the app from
Y2Q2.

OUR COMPETITION
1. Aim to start trials so that we can get an idea of
projections, limitations, about our idea deeply.
2. Started it because, we saw a great potential in this
idea and were enthusiastic towards its practical
run.
3. So we pooled in money and started the
operations by hiring one call operator & scout.
4. We got tremendous response of 8 orders on our
first day of trials.
5. During our start of trials, we got approximately
about 8 orders per day for first 5 days, which is 3
orders more than our average daily expectation
mentioned in our financial sheets.

The ingredient paving the way for success for a startup is its core team and their motivated behind it. Jhutpat
has 3 Co-Funders offering their expertise in various aspects crucial to a startup. All the founders are well suited
to high workloads, substituting in ther tasks and have a common ardent desire to ‘Make It Happen’.
The team shares a Common vision and believes in Hard Work along with Smart Work.
Founders
● Tanmaay Khurana - A class 11th Student and Co founder of other two Startups namely Roamigos and mKoop, his
invaluable skills of business are a priceless addition to the company. He handles the frontend operations, dlient
dealings and grievances along with focusing on expansion and streamlined workflows.
Karan Gandhi- A class 10 student with an extensive vision. Believes in firm vision but flexible approach. He
specialises in identifying potential customers, connecting to them and possesses unmatched perseverance to
complete the task undertaken. Also taking the role of backend processes manager, managing the technical
requirements, taking care of technological and web needs, a true asset to Jhutpat!
● Lakshay Chhabra- A class 12th student and hardworker. Believes in taking calculated risks and magaes the
operations of Jhutpat. He specialises in dealing with people and brings seamless operations, fluency and credibility to
the table. He also offers his expertise in handling the field teams of Jhutpat and bringing out innovative solutions to
tackle problems. A future oriented vision and eliminating all flaws makes him the architect of a masterpiece of
Workflows.
