1. Introducing myself
My name is Jerom and I am twelve years
old. I’m from Les Planes d’Hostoles, in
Catalonia, Spain. I am Barça fan, It’s a
great team, and my other idol is Skrillex, the
best dubstep Dj of my generation. My other
interests are running, playing basketball,
cycling and playing Dj with my Dj desk. My
favourite groups are Txarango and my
favourite singer is Daft Punk. Txarango are
Catalans and Daft punk are American.

2. I have one brother, Simon. My best
friends are Pau and Lucas. My
favourite food is pizza and macaroni. I
have one cat “Nyan Cat”. I play
football in a team, the “Ter-Brugent”.

3. Welcome to my village
Les Planes d’Hostoles is a village in the north-
east of Catalonia. It’s a beautiful and exciting
village. It’s a small and wonderfull village. It
has got some nice places. There is a church in
front of the town hall, there is a football field
next to the restaurant, Can Remena, there is a
library next to the butcher’s, there is a baker’s
near the confectioner’s, and there is a park in
the centre of the village.

4. My favourite place is the park because it is fun to
play football there.
Les Planes has got a lot of cafés and
restaurants, there is a restaurant, Can Llens,
near the main road, there is another restaurant,
Cal Murri, this restaurant is next to the chemist’s.
The food is excellent in my vilage. There are a
lot of shops, there is a clothes shop near the
main road, there is a stationer’s next to the
hairdresser’s, there is a hairdresser’s next to the
videoclub, there is a beauty salon near the
hairdresser’s.

5. The coast is far away from my village, it is
100 kilometres from Les Planes. There are
some interesting castles near here. The
castle near Les Planes is El Castell d’Hostoles.
There are a lot of bus stops

6. Description
I am tall and slim. I have got a long face
and brown hair. My hair is long and straight.
I’ve got black hair. I’ve got a small nose, thin
lips and a narrow forehead. My skin is fair
and I think I am a friendly perso but
sometimes I can be negative. My friends say
I am cheerful and my parents think I am
funny. I usually wear casual clothes. I like
wearing T-shirts and jeans, In the photo I am
wearing a green T-shirt and sunglasses

Pablo: My father is an e-book editor. He is 42
years old. He works in Barcelona. He likes
cycling and he loves reading.
Marta: My mother is a publisher. She is 45
years old. She works in Girona. She likes

watching TV and playing computer games.
Paquita: My granny is retired. She is 81 years
old. She likes cooking and talking with her

My pet is a Cat, its

10. My bedroom
My bedroom is big and untidy.
There are some posters. There is a boxing
bag and a big window. There isn’t a TV or a
playstation. My bed is next to the desk. My
posters are above the desk. My Anonymous
mask is above the bed. My small boxing bag
is next to the wardrobe. My blackboard is
behind the boxing bag and next to the
window. I like my bedroom because it is a
place where I concentrate and can do my
homework, where I read, where I listen to
music and where I relax.
