1) Trade credits and short term loans are the most suitable types of short term financing for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as they help satisfy SMEs' short term monetary needs efficiently.
2) Trade credits do not require interest payments but the creditor's belief in the debtor's ability to repay is important. Creditors may also offer cash discounts.
3) Short term loans can be secured or unsecured depending on assets, with more security allowing higher chances of financing. Banks also track loan utilization.
The document discusses the benefits of exercise for mental health. Regular physical activity can help reduce anxiety and depression and improve mood and cognitive functioning. Exercise causes chemical changes in the brain that may help protect against mental illness and improve symptoms.

Academy of Marketing International Conference On Brand Management, Birmingham...Guy Pearce
This document summarizes a study conducted by Standard Bank on optimizing brand spending for their business-to-business banking customers. The study developed a "brand value chain" model to understand how brand marketing expenditures impact financial returns. By analyzing customer data across industries, the study found inconsistencies between expected risk and returns for some industry segments. This suggests opportunities to better target branding initiatives. The findings provide a tool to evaluate industry-level strategy effectiveness and optimize brand spending across customer segments. However, the results are specific to one bank and time period. Further analysis of other customer segments is ongoing.

When we – as an industry and as practitioners – talk about best practices for employer brand, we tend to dwell on the feel-good side of things: better candidate experience, more brand ambassadors, improved employee engagement. But what if the secret to improving your employer brand actually lies in the practices and processes that we try to avoid, because they feel taboo?
In this exclusive #SmartTalkHR webinar with Kyle Lagunas, Principal Analyst at Lighthouse Research & Advisory, we’ll discuss the implications of making the taboo an afterthought, including:
Organizational Transparency
Relocation Practices
Performance Expectations
Outplacement Resources
He’ll also discuss how you can take proactive steps to improve your employer brand around these processes and events, so make sure to reserve your seat.
This document discusses strategies for breaking down taboos around discussing death, money, and legacy fundraising. It explores using humor, social norming by showing many others participate in legacy giving, telling stories of living donors, sharing a vision of the future impact of a gift, appealing to symbolic immortality and a donor's desire to continue their impact after death. Research is presented showing that providing social information on others' participation can increase intentions to leave a legacy gift. Overall, the document examines how charities can overcome emotional and conversational prohibitions to have more open and impactful conversations about legacy fundraising.
