Leader. As JLENS Safety and Site Manager, I have known Brady for more than three years and
I feel he is the most deserving candidate for this honorable position.
Brady was has excelled amongst all his team members. He has displayed excellent
communication skills and has worked with utmost dedication throughout the past few years.
Being highly enthusiastic, committed and sincere, his efforts have proven beneficial for the
growth of our organization. Employees working in his team are immensely satisfied with the
kind of training and guidance they have received from him. I strongly speak in his favor after
considering all the potential he has.
Brady has an excellent work ethic and is a true team player. Brady’s work ethic has been
demonstrated many times during snow watch. Both the occurrence and length of snow storms at
UTTR are unpredictable. However, when they occur Brady will be there and stay until he is sure
the Aerostat is safe. Brady is highly respected by his peers at Raytheon, TCOM and the
government Product Office.
Furthermore, I also believe that the job of a Team Leader entails a great deal of responsibility
and challenge to meet the target of our organization. Since Brady has worked in a challenging
