Scientist Corner: My name is JeanneAnn Garito. I’m 25 and I am a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn.  I am pursuing a career in teaching with a focus on chemistry because I love teaching the new students who come into the medical program and I believe I can bring some great insight into the science world of teaching.
This double headed  microscope is great for showing students hematology slides As a medical scientist I differentiate blood smears  That help the doctor’s diagnose patients With anemias and neutropenia

My lab would be very organized and have automated as well as manual work areas
