Uniform Civil Code and Its Legal DimensionsQUESTJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: This paper primarily talks about the concept of the Uniform Civil Code and its legal dimensions. In this paper, we have tried to examine the basic essence of the Uniform Civil Code and what does it mean and its legal prospective and theories. This paper commences with the introduction to the Uniform Civil Code in which it defines the concept of the Uniform Civil Code and also discusses about its origin or where it has derived from. It briefly talks about the history of the Uniform Civil Code and then discusses about the relationship of the Uniform Civil Code with the personal laws. In this part it discusses how the personal laws, play an important role when it comes to the formation of the Uniform Civil Code. It further discusses the need or desire for the Uniform Civil Code under this part itself, that whether the Uniform Civil Code should be implemented or not and what are the pros and cons of the same. As we further proceed towards the approach of the research paper, this paper discusses about the relationship of the Uniform Civil Code with the Secularism and discusses how the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code may lead to the disintegration of the nation and how this will lead to the breakdown off the peace and harmony among the people. Then it further discusses about the Uniform Civil Code and the constitutional guarantees. As we further proceed, then it discusses about the relationship between the Uniform Civil Code and the gender justice and human rights. This paper also talks about the judgements and the take of the Indian Judiciary towards the Uniform Civil Code. Last but not the least, this paper concludes with certain sets of recommendations and conclusions. This paper aims to spread knowledge and make the readers inquisitive about their approach on the topic of Uniform Civil Code and its Legal Dimensions.

India i.e. Bharat is celebrating its 65th anniversary of adopting its Constitution as it was taken granted on the day of 26th January, 1950. We are very much proud for the Indian Constitution and celebrating the Republic Day, but we never look through the Hindu Elements in Indian Constitution or the implication of Hindu Culture and Tradition in it.
The electronic and print media in India is playing a filthy game with violent Muzaffarnagar (Uttar Pradesh) Riot as it in not held in Gujarat! Though Hindus has the power to resist Muslim perpetrators in many ways, the UP Police and Adminstration are giving a protection to the Muslim Communal elements for their vote bank game.
The agenda for the ‘All India Hindu Convention’ for the establishment
of Hindu Nation to be held from 6th June to 10th June is being published for the interested and devout Hindus. In
this Convention, devout Hindutva dignitaries from all over Bharat and
countries such as, Nepal, Malaysia, Bamgladesh etc. will be taking decisions on the direct actions to be implemented for the establishment of the Hindu Nation and in
the interest of the Nation and Dharma. Though, the agenda is tentative may undergo certain changes or taking other matters for discussions, the outline is designed with a practical sense of upcoming Hindu Rashtra with in 2025. Jayatu Jayatu Hindu Rashtram.
The pro Islamist nexus in Bengal Politics always victimized the Bengali Hindu People. The Present regimen of TMC in a right legacy of Left front ruling in Bengal, is doing much harm to the Bengali Hindu People going to be a minority soon. Dr. Richard L Benkin, an International Rights Activist with reputation and Expert on decaying Bengali Hindus, penned down this extract views from the reality of contemporary.
This Book represents only a small cross-section of the vast number of Muslim chronicles,
chronicles that have recorded the fiendish deeds of Islamic raiders and rulers for over a millenium in
India alone. This amounts to a sickening tale of unrelieved and uninterrupted trickery, treachery,
tyranny, torture, terror, temptation and taxation.
There are no Hindu Rashtra (Hindu Nation-State) in this world for more than one billion Hindu population. Hindus are the oldest race but now dying fast denouncing its own roots under a conspiracy of the Christians and Muslims. There are near about 60 Muslim states and 90 Christian states in this world, but no Hindu state in existence. To get the socio-political ideas and ideals for a Hindu Rashtra in Bhart, this book by V D Savarkar may strengthen the morale of the activists dedicated for a Hindu Rashtra in its practical establishment.

problems of Hindus !
In the Second ‘All India Hindu Convention’ for the establishment of the Hindu Nation
commencing from 6th June, deliberations will be mainly held on the social, national, and
religious problems of Hindus. Similarly, as a remedial measure at national level, a common
action programme will be finalised. Nearly 250 devout Hindu dignitaries from 22 States of
Bharat and countries of Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia will be attending this Convention.
Pattern of the Convention
The daily business of the Convention has been divided into various sessions. In the
enlightenment session, the experts in the respective fields will enlighten the attendees on
problems faced by Hindus. In the session for narration of experiences, an interaction of good
and bad experiences perceived during implementation of various programmes for the
protection of the Nation and Dharma will be exchanged. In the deliberation session, joint
discussions will be held on the social, national, and religious problems of Hindus. In addition,
State-wise meetings will be organised to finalise common action programme for the problems

industrialists and journalists and on 9th June for devout Hindu lawyers and intellectuals.

history, infiltration by Bangladeshis, terrorism etc. Similarly, discussions will be held on the
various problems faced by Hindus such as ‘Love Jihad’, ‘Land Jihad’, cow-slaughter, takeover
of temples by the Government, ‘Day’ culture (adopted from the western world) and religious
conversion carried through the medium of convent schools, atrocities committed on Hindus
overseas, rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus, protection of Ramsetu, protection of river Ganga,
increase in the number of riots and remedial measure to counter them etc. Greater emphasis
will be laid on finalising the common action programme to tackle each problem. Importantly,
policy in the interest of Hindus for the forthcoming elections will also be decided. The details of

The Editor / Chief Reporter, Date : 20.5.2013
For publicity
Two hundred and fifty dignitaries from 22 States and foreign
countries to attend ‘Hindu Convention’ for the ’establishment of the
Hindu Nation’ !
In Bharat, Hindus are accorded step-motherly treatment under the pretext of
secularism and injustice is meted out to them, whereas, Hindus in Pakistan,
Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka are also being persecuted in various ways. In
order to unite against such atrocities on Hindus and decide on the ‘common action
programme’, 250 delegates from 22 States in Bharat are coming together on the
occasion of the second ‘All India Hindu Convention’ for the ’establishment of the Hindu
Nation’. The plus point of the Convention being held this year is the participation of
devout Hindu delegates from countries such as, Nepal, Malaysia, and Bangladesh.
The delegates mainly include Dharmacharyas (High priests), office bearers of devout
Hindu organisations, lawyers, editors of periodicals, writers, and intellectuals. This
Convention will be held from 6th June to 10th June 2013 in ShriRamanath temple at
Ponda, Goa and is jointly sponsored by ‘Hindu JanajagrutiSamiti’ and
‘PedneNavnirmansamiti’. This information was given by the organisers in a press note.
The press note further adds that the rationale behind the establishment of the Hindu
Nation had become clear to all in the first Hindu Convention. In the current
Convention, greater emphasis will be laid on deciding actual action plan along with
taking review of activities undertaken during last year. With this viewpoint, this
Convention will deliberate upon many topics such as, ‘Protection of cow’, Land Jihad’,
‘Riots and protection of Hindus’, ‘Western perversity and countering it’, ‘Plight of
ancient temples and their preservation’, ‘Code of conduct for devout Hindus’, ‘Policy of
devout Hindus during future elections’ etc. In short, the Nation, which was once a
thoughtfully rich and cultured country under the influence of Hindu culture is now
standing on the doorstep of an anarchy due to materialistic and consumerist culture
from western countries. Therefore, this Convention will witness systematic interaction
at the level of thoughts on making a comprehensive resolution of protecting Hindu
culture and welfare of the world.
Yours Truly,

Respected Hindu Patriots,
Namaskar !
A few days are remaining for the second ‘All India Hindu Convention’ for the
establishment of ‘The Hindu Nation’, to be held in Goa from 6th to 10th June
2013. The guidance that we will receive during the Convention from the devout
Hindus from Bharat as well as overseas, who are dedicated for the cause of
Hindutva, will be valuable. So that Hindus all over the world benefit from this
guidance and they develop the objective of establishment of the Hindu Nation, it
is essential that they get to know
about the Convention. From this perspective, we are making efforts to be able
to reach maximum number of Hindus with the day-to-day happenings in the
convention.
We desperately need your assistance as mentioned ahead, to deliver the
message of establishment of the Hindu Nation to every household.
1. Give maximum publicity to the articles, publicity matter, special news,
photographs and the videos pertaining to the Convention through the
periodicals, TV channels, websites etc. that are known to you.
2. Meet the media (Periodicals, news channels, websites, radio stations etc.) in
your area of operation or give them a request letter (*) and request them to give
regular publicity to the news pertaining to the Convention.
3. E-mail the information about those who can be help in publicity of the
Convention to the Publicity section or hand it over to the local members of the
Samiti, so that we can directly send Convention related news to them. You are
already active in sending the information about the Convention to maximum
number of Hindus. Please co-operate with us by conveying to us your
invaluable instruction pertaining the Convention publicity. We pray earnestly

Respected Hindu Patriots,
Namaskar !
I do hope that you must have already received the invitation of the ‘Second All
India Hindu Convention being held at Goa from 6th to 10th June 2013. Some of
you have immediately responded to the invitation and registered your name for
the Convention. Those of you who have not yet registered their names may
please do so by the 15th of May 2013.
When the modern communication equipments are available, the intention of all
the devout-Hindus gathering in Goa is definitely not merely getting to know each
other’s thoughts; for, communication methods such as Skype, e-mail, phones
etc. are enough to know each other’s thoughts. The advantage of being present
for the Hindu Convention is getting to know each other. Staying together for 5
days helps develop friendship which can transform into a strong bond. Only if
the devout Hindus have friendly relations we will be able to perform the Nation-
wide mission of Hindutvaunitedly and capably. Further we can help each other
at difficult times.
By Gods grace, through the medium of Second all India Hindu Convention, a
National forum is made available to you for developing friendly ties with each
other. Those of you who are friendly with the devout Hindus from your own
State should try and develop friendship with those from other States. Some
devout Hindus are going to participate in this Convention for only one or two
