After a successful career working
for a non-profit organization in Chi-
cago, Christopher Mundy decided it
was time to try his hand at something
different. He wanted to use his
background in communications and
marketing to make a difference. His
long time mentor and friend, Brent
Stack, described an entrepreneurial
opportunity that would allow Chris
to be his own boss, create his own
destiny and best of all, help others.
Chris took Brent’s advice and made
the decision to pursue a career in real
estate. Ten years later, Chris is one
of the top brokers in Chicago and he
could not be happier.
Currently, Chris serves Chicago’s
72 neighborhoods, with a focus on

the downtown core neighborhoods
including Lincoln Park, Lakeview,
Gold Coast, Bucktown and West
Loop. Chris has experience with
all types of residential transactions
including single-family homes, dis-
tressed sales, and short-term leases.
Known for his friendly and sincere
manner, Chris takes the time to
understand his client’s real estate
goals and provide them with the best
information and resources to make
an informed decision.
Chris prides himself on being dif-

Chris always circles back to the most
important and rewarding aspect of
his job…helping others. His motto
confirms his objective: “Real estate

Continuing with his quest to help
others, Chris is very active in his
community and supports several
charitable organizations. He is a
member of the Bucktown Chamber
of Commerce, Museum of Con-
temporary Art and The Art Institute.
Chris is also a longtime volunteer
and supporter of Off the Street
Club, donating a portion from each
transaction to the club.
When not assisting clients, Chris
enjoys photography, spending time
with his family, and international
travel.
