To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this reference on behalf of Kristina Navarro. We had the distinct honor of partnering with her
company through the historic launch of a new hotel brand. In the midst of the madness and chaos that any
hotel launch requires, Kristina never lost sight of the first priority: Hospitality.
She is as warm and welcoming in the difficult moments as she is during the shining press-worthy moments.
Because she lives and breathes what it is to give an experience to those who visit her hotel. She does not just
provide a clean room, reliable stay. She strives to provide a memorable experience of being important and
cared for.
Kristina takes pride in the quality of the smallest details. She goes beyond to ensure every aspect of the hotel
stay has been tended to with care and that every encounter with her or her team members feels genuine and
hospitable.
We work with many hotels, many brands, and franchisees. They rave about their hospitality cultures and many
are very good at it. But Kristina is the unique hotelier who applies the same hospitality concepts of empathy,
respect and care to her vendors as she does to her guests and team members. That is uniquely exceptional.
Someone who truly has the heart to serve others does not treat a vendor as subservient – they treat them as a
partner. In every encounter with Kristina, we felt valued and appreciated in a way that is rare for the supplier.
From her immediate, kind responses to business inquiries, to her heart of service to find my daughter’s team
rooms on a personal trip – she cares. Genuinely. Not just about the guest need but about the relationship and
the experience that anyone visiting her hotel encounters.
Kristina Navarro is a 5-star hotelier, a confident leader, and an absolute gem of a human. I am blessed both by
her long-term partnership and the friendship that has developed over the years.
