Jake Hodges is a mechanical engineering student at Virginia Tech seeking a summer 2016 internship. He has worked as a lifeguard for five summers, maintaining pool safety and handling money transactions. Additionally, he ran a shoveling service business for five winters, removing snow and using a snow blower. Hodges has volunteered with his neighborhood association and as an election page. He received academic honors including an AP Scholars award and appeared in the Washington Post.
