Jack Johnson is an American folk rock singer-songwriter known for his soft rock and acoustic music. In 2001, his debut album Brushfire Fairytales achieved commercial success. He has since released four more albums and several EPs and surfing movies/soundtracks. Johnson began writing songs in college and was influenced by artists like Bob Dylan and Neil Young. He donates 100% of his tour profits to charity through his Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation.
