1. As a Change Manager-
Handling end to endChange Management Process.
Handling Asset Management Process and Incident Management Process.
Reviewing and pre assessing all the changes at the first level.
Ensuring that the changes are properly going through the standard Change Management Processes.
Preparing and circulating the weekly Change Review report to all the stakeholders.
Chairing the CAB meeting in a very effective manner and authorizing the changes.
Circulating the Minutes of Meetings keeping the integrity of the information shared in the CAB meetings.
Ensuring that the approved changes are being implemented within the Planned and agreed Window.
