This document provides instructions for calculating three different isolation/quarantine periods: 1) A 10-day isolation where the first day of symptoms or a positive test is day 0 and isolation lasts until day 10 with health monitoring until day 14. 2) A 5-day isolation with a negative antigen test on day 6, where the first day of symptoms or a positive test is day 0 and isolation can end if the antigen test on day 6 is negative. 3) A 5-day quarantine with a negative diagnostic test on day 5, where the date of last exposure to a positive case is day 0 and quarantine can end on day 6 if the diagnostic test on day 5 is negative with health monitoring until day
