 Fire prevention and protection network
 Emergency evacuation plan for work sites, workshops and offices areas
 Incident reporting and investigation
 Ensure tools, equipment-lifting Gears are in good condition and have color-coding
 Conduct training program on awareness of company policy, general safety rules and
safe work practices
 Attend periodic safety seminars and implements the policy accordingly
 Coordination meetings with client and subcontractors
 Make sure job according to safety procedure and method statement
 Implementation of PTW system and monitoring the activities
 Responsible for inspection of all electrical and mechanical equipment and ensure
their safety and working condition
 Check unsafe act/ condition and take preventive measure accordingly
