The National Trade Register Office is organized under the Ministry of Justice and operates at both the local and national level in Romania. It has issued an invitation for the 16th annual conference of the European Company Registration Forum to be held June 12-14, 2013 in Bucharest, Romania. The National Trade Register Office is organized under the
National Trade Register Office
subordination of the Ministry of Justice as a public institution
with legal personality, fully financed from the state budget,
through the budget of the Ministry of Justice.

The National Trade Register Office is organized on 2 levels:
at local level, represented by 42 trade register offices, without legal
personality, operating under each tribunal and being subordinated to
the National Trade Register Office.
at national level, as a public institution with legal personality, financed
from the state budget, under the subordination of the Ministry of
Justice.
