The proposal from Greenwich Asset Management Group offers a $100 million US equity portfolio managed using a diversified strategy of 40 equally weighted stock positions. The portfolio would be rebalanced quarterly and invest in large cap stocks selected using fundamental analysis. The proposal describes allocating $2.5 million to each of 40 stocks, such as Agilent Technologies, ABB, and Accenture, determined by dividing the total capital among the number of shares for each stock's price.

The SaaS sector is undergoing a ‘reset’: on the public side, revenue multiples went down from 17x a year ago to 6x today. On the private side, funding is down 42% in Q3 with similar trends observed in the US and Europe. What does this mean for European and Israeli SaaS companies? In this presentation, we will dive deeper into:
- How should founders think about their company valuation?
- Are public markets overcorrected?
- How are the public market dynamics impacting the private funding market?
- Will we see a flurry of down round for the 120+ Cloud Unicorns created in Europe and Israel over the past few years?
- Which top 100 companies have been selected for the 2022 Accel Euroscape?

$100 million US Equity Management Proposal using the Greenwich Asset Management Group, LLC Diversified US Listed Equity including Global ADR Strategy
Summary:
The manager and investor meet and establish portfolio objectives over three years. Investors should give three years to show them that, by holding a group of the highest
caliber stocks, while rebalancing quarterly or annually, they can potentially realize greater success relative to respective indexes. The process combines two proven
disciplines of finding companies with extraordinary fundamentals while using technical timing analysis to buy or sell them. With this program, AUMs' affect is just a
function of the liquidity per stock issue. It can run $10 million or $10 billion as long as your total pool of capital is sufficient to absorb buying or selling. $10 billion is only
1% of $1 trillion.
Process:
1. Scan US and ADR stocks using the Greenwich Fundamental Stock Screen and pick the best 40. Let's say it's Large Cap.
Here is what it might look like on Aug 16, 2011:
