$100 million US Equity Management Proposal using the Greenwich Asset Management Group, LLC Diversified US Listed Equity including Global ADR Strategy

Summary:

The manager and investor meet and establish portfolio objectives over three years. Investors should give three years to show them that, by holding a group of the highest
caliber stocks, while rebalancing quarterly or annually, they can potentially realize greater success relative to respective indexes. The process combines two proven
disciplines of finding companies with extraordinary fundamentals while using technical timing analysis to buy or sell them. With this program, AUMs' affect is just a
function of the liquidity per stock issue. It can run $10 million or $10 billion as long as your total pool of capital is sufficient to absorb buying or selling. $10 billion is only
1% of $1 trillion.

Process:

     1. Scan US and ADR stocks using the Greenwich Fundamental Stock Screen and pick the best 40. Let's say it's Large Cap.

  • 2. GREENWICH ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC An industry leader with independent, unbiased and transparent interest in your success $100 million US Equity Management Proposal using the Greenwich Asset Management Group, LLC Diversified US Listed Equity including Global ADR Strategy Summary: The manager and investor meet and establish portfolio objectives over three years. Investors should give three years to show them that, by holding a group of the highest caliber stocks, while rebalancing quarterly or annually, they can potentially realize greater success relative to respective indexes. The process combines two proven disciplines of finding companies with extraordinary fundamentals while using technical timing analysis to buy or sell them. With this program, AUMs' affect is just a function of the liquidity per stock issue. It can run $10 million or $10 billion as long as your total pool of capital is sufficient to absorb buying or selling. $10 billion is only 1% of $1 trillion. Process: 1. Scan US and ADR stocks using the Greenwich Fundamental Stock Screen and pick the best 40. Let's say it's Large Cap.
