This document shows the effect of temperature on microbial growth and color change. It presents data that shows microbial growth rate increases with temperature from 10 to 30 degrees Celsius, peaks at 30 degrees, and then declines from 35 to 50 degrees. It also indicates the color changes observed at different temperatures, ranging from blue at low temperatures to colorless at high temperatures, and back to blue at 50 degrees.
