1. INUBIT Training ideas for new Joinee(EDI-Hettich):
1. Initially need to introduce the organization data (EDI-subsidiaries data) how EDI
related to subsidies work??
2. As a second step, need to introduce the Inubit systemand servers.
3. Need to introduce the mapping concepts like mapping conditions, functions of
Inubit.
4. Introduction of workflow diagrams and explanation of all workflows in the BIT group
(How different messages passes through each every flow from start to end.)
5. In India- EDI consultants will work on EDI related work like Analysing customer EDI
system, mapping, development and support but not on ERP system (SAP) .So very
less people will have knowledge on the ERP side (SAP).
6. Introduction of SAP system and providing data what he required to do in the SAP
system like explanation of T-Codes (WE02,VOE4,VOE2,VL02N,VF02,VD03)
7. Regarding RFCS no one explained up to now but told work on SM58 (SM58 -
Asynchronous RFC Error Log) error log correction(Atleast we need to explain what
will happen in this T-code and its results).
