- Work Break structure (WBS)
- Start and end date of each task

 SOW
- A statement of work (SOW) is a formal document that captures
and defines the work activities, deliverables and timeline a
vendor will execute against in performance of specified work for
a client.
- Detailed requirements and pricing are usually included in the
SOW, along with standard regulatory and governance terms
and conditions.

◦ Resources should join all project meetings
◦ Its necessary for every one on the project team to update Risk
logs, Issue register and any open issues
◦ Initial follow-up is required to be done by the resources for
their respective action items
◦ Updates should be shared with their respective managers for
any issue/concern
◦ Ensure the PM is copied on all communication to the client.
